- Message content and timestamps from SMS conversations

We do not collect payment information, Social Security numbers, or government ID.

4. How We Share Your Information
Service providers (subcontractors): When an appointment is confirmed, your name, property address, service description, appointment time, and any photos you submitted are shared with the assigned subcontractor solely for the purpose of performing the requested work. Subcontractors do not receive your phone number until a job is confirmed.
Third-party service providers: We use the following services, each contractually bound to protect your data: Twilio (SMS delivery), Neon (database), Vercel (hosting and photo storage), HubSpot (CRM), Google (scheduling), Anthropic (automated assistant).
Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations, typically no longer than 3 years after your last interaction. Photos are retained for the duration of your service relationship and deleted upon request.
6. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), access controls, and secure cloud infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
