1. Program Description
Call-It-Done LLC ("Call-It-Done," "we," "us," or "our") operates a text messaging program to communicate with customers regarding home service requests, appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, job status updates, and follow-up communications.
2. Who Sends Messages
Messages are sent by Call-It-Done LLC. Our automated assistant, Alex, handles day-to-day communications. You may also receive messages from a human representative when a situation requires personal attention.
3. How to Opt In
You opt in to receive text messages by:
- Submitting a web form with your phone number and consent, or
- Texting our platform number to initiate a service inquiry
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your service request. You may receive messages during the inquiry, scheduling, reminder, and post-job follow-up stages. Typically 2–10 messages per service request.
5. Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Call-It-Done LLC does not charge for text messages.
6. How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To re-enroll, text START to our number or re-submit your information through our website.

8. Supported Carriers
Our messaging program is supported by most major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carrier support may vary.
